How People Have Tested This

The Bittersweet Study has been tested by chef Heston Blumenthal (who you may recognise from the TV show, Masterchef Australia) who owns the Fat Duck Restaurant in the U.K. He has a dish called the Sound of the Sea, which is served with an ipod playing sounds of the seaside. It has been said that the music makes the food taste fresher. You can see the footage of the dish at 5:43 in the video here. 

You can also listen to something similar below. Try playing it in the background while serving fish at a dinner party, or try it yourself while eating sashimi.
